By using our website or purchasing/using our services or products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1) Who We Are and What We Provide

Digi Dun Right provides educational content, resources, professional learning, workshops, consulting, coaching, and related products (digital and/or physical) focused on digital health and wellness, online safety, digital citizenship, and responsible technology use.

We may update or change our content, services, products, offerings, or pricing at any time.

2) Eligibility and User Responsibilities

By using our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or using the site with the involvement and consent of a parent/guardian).

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when you submit forms or make a purchase
• Use our website and materials in a lawful manner 
• Respect others and maintain safe, professional, and appropriate communication 

3) Bookings, Services, and Scheduling

If you request a workshop, training, coaching, or consulting service:

• Services are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us (email is acceptable).
• Dates/times are subject to availability. 
• We may request additional information to tailor services to your needs (audience, goals, format, time, and setting).

Right to decline: We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services when a request is outside our scope, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with our mission and expectations for respectful engagement.

4) Payments, Fees, and Transactions

If you purchase or book a paid service or product:

• You agree to pay the listed fees and any applicable taxes. 
• Payment terms may be stated on an invoice, checkout page, registration page, or written agreement. 
• For some services, we may require a deposit or prepayment to reserve a date.
   

Payment processing: If you pay through a third-party payment processor, your payment information is handled according to that processor’s terms and privacy policies.

5) Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Because Digi Dun Right services often require time reserved, preparation, and scheduling coordination, the following may apply unless otherwise stated in writing:

A. Client Cancellations / Rescheduling

• You may request to reschedule by contacting us as soon as possible.
   
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require additional coordination.
   

B. Digi Dun Right Cancellations / Changes

We may need to reschedule or cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., illness, emergencies, weather events, facility issues, technology outages). If we cancel, we will make reasonable efforts to:

• Reschedule the service, or 
• Provide a credit or refund consistent with the written agreement or invoice terms
   

C. Digital Products and Downloads

Unless required by law, all sales of digital downloads are final once delivered or accessed, due to the nature of digital products. If you experience a technical issue receiving a file, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to ensure delivery.

Note: If you already have specific refund windows you want to enforce (e.g., 48 hours), I can insert them cleanly.

6) Educational Information Disclaimer (Not Professional Advice)

Our website content and services are provided for educational and informational purposes. We do not provide legal advice, medical advice, mental health counseling, or guarantees of specific outcomes.

You are responsible for how you use the information provided and for decisions you make based on it.

To protect our community and our mission, you agree not to use the site or communications to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate others 
• Use hate speech or discriminatory language 
• Share or request sexually explicit content involving minors 
• Post or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content 
• Spam, advertise, solicit, or run promotions without permission 
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation 
• Attempt unauthorized access to the site, accounts, or systems 

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, or discontinue communication when these rules are violated.
